- Implemented an event-driven Socket-based architecture with a Room & user management system
- Achieved ~50–100 ms real-time synchronization latency across 5+ concurrent users
- Implemented conflict resolution using a Last-Write-Wins (LWW) strategy instead of heavy OT/CRDT algorithms, as implementing a well-working OT system was outside the scope of a personal project.
